Got a Battery that doesn't fit? Doesn't work? damaged in transit? You can feel safe knowing that batteries from Battery Liquidator are returnable! Enjoy easy returns and fast reshipments of new products! 

Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of item receipt during which you can request a return.

For a return to be valid, the item must remain in its original condition, unused and unworn, complete with tags, and in the original packaging. No wear and tear or damaged exterior. A full charge must still be present. A proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at sales@batteryliquidator.com. Upon categorization, our customer service team will issue a Return Authorization Number and furnish detailed instructions for the return. This unique number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. It is essential to pack the item securely with ample protection, obtain a tracking number, and monitor the shipment. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged returns.

Return eligibility includes:

  • Order Number/Receipt Number
  • Defective battery, charger, or items
  • Charger used with the battery, or vice versa
  • Detailed description of the defect, detailed description of how the unit was charged, being used, and the voltage if applicable. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for sending the package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. The associated return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless Battery Liquidator has sent a destroyed or manufacturer defined defective item.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly address the issue. If damaged in shipping, a late report of more than a 2 days may result in a forfeutre of possible refund or insurance claims.  

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and specific hazardous materials, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges: The quickest way to secure the desired item is to return the original, and upon approval, make a separate purchase. We do not facilitate exchanges directly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days without justification, following the same eligibility criteria.

Unopened and Opened As-New Merchandise: Unopened items and batteries that remain unused can be returned within 30 days with a Return Authorization Number. Used batteries are not accepted. Opened merchandise must be returned in as-new condition within the specified timeframe. Shipping, Return shipping is not included in returns, a restocking fee up to 20% will also be applied. 

Defective Merchandise, Warranties, Shipping Discrepancies: Defective products must be returned within 7 days with a Return Authorization Number. Shipping discrepancies and warranty claims follow specific guidelines. Batteries must be tested and evaluated for defects before return.

Modified Merchandise: Any modifications to the merchandise void the warranty. Warranties are manufacturer-based. Consult the manufacturer's guidelines for warranty details.

Storing and Charging AGM Batteries: Proper storage, charging, and sulfation prevention guidelines for AGM batteries are outlined. Use the manufacturer's recommended charger for optimal performance.

Shipping Discrepancies: Report shipping discrepancies within 3 business days to maintain warranty and insurance coverage.

Heavy Batteries Requiring Freight: Freight products can be returned within 30 days if unused, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping freight and original shipping freight are non-refundable as this is a thrid party service. 

Refunds: Refund processing time is estimated at 1-5 business days. Contact us at sales@batteryliquidator.com if more than 15 business days have passed since the return approval.
